BOOKING FEE REFUND POLICY:
All tours from the "Hanoi Free Private Tour Guide" are provided at no charge. According to Tripadvisor policy, however, to enable us to post our tours' information and you (as a tourist) can book our free service on the website, you will be charged 5$ per booking at the minimum expense. Tripadvisor receives $1 of the $5 as a fixed charge for operating a business.
