With our guidances, you will be handed on experience how to cook Vietnamese traditional dishes (You can choose 3 dishes for 1 class with other people in the group)
We will explain clearly and show you in the class about cooking procedure and send you recipes after the class

We will spend 45mins in the local market to visit local stores and buy the ingredients for cooking there
Come back to our starting point, we will take a short break while waiting for our staff help you washing and prepare the ingredients
You will be introduced again the ingredients and start cooking with 3 steps: preparation, seasoning & cooking
After cooking, you can enjoy what we have just cooked with everyone in the class

• Fried Spring Roll - deep fried spring roll with pork or vegetables
• Fresh spring roll - Hanoi typical fresh roll will be wrapped with rice noodles on the outside (not with the rice paper like other regions)
• Green Mango Salad with Shrimp - green mango shaded with typical Vietnamese sauce
• Bun Cha - Traditional fried Pork - Typical Hanoi dish, eat with rice noodle and fresh vegetable
• Cha Ca - Traditional fried Fish - typical Hanoi dish - eat with rice noodle and fresh vegetable, wrap in rice paper
• Beef/ Chicken Noodle Soup - Phở Bò/ Phở Gà - famous soup from Vietnam
• Bò/ Lợn cuốn lá lốt - Beef/ Pork rolled in wild betel leaf - minced pork/beef rolled in wild betel leaf - eat with rice or noodle & fresh vegetables
• Vietnamese Pancake - Bánh Xèo - typical Vietnamese dish, roll in rice paper with fresh vegetables
