Barber's Farm is a 7th Generation 400 Acre diverse vegetable farm. We'll get a private tour of the greenhouses, fields, and historic Schoharie Valley. Learn how it all starts from seed to table. We'll finish with a visit to the farmstand and tasting room where we'll try their homemade vodka!

Stop At: Buck Hill Farms, Fuller Road, Jefferson, NY

Sharon will walk us through the barns and field where we'll meet cattle, chickens, and pigs. We'll learn all about maple syrup from tree to jug and even help make maple candy!

Ryan will give us the lowdown on hard cider as we try the refined, dry ciders he makes with local New York State apples. We'll stop in his cozy tasting room for a flight!
