Once you arrive at the Miami International Airport please proceed to the luggage pick up area for your arrival. Our representative will be waiting for you there holding a sign with the name of the lead passenger in the reservation. Once you collect your belongings the representative will guide you to your transfer vehicle so that you can be on your one (1) way service to your destination.

Our transfer service from the airport/port/train station or bus will take you to your destination as soon as you make contact with our representative who will wait for you in the area where the bags are removed or just outside the terminal with a sign that will say the lead name that was used for the reservation. Maximum 2 Suitcases regular size per passenger. If you need a baby seat, please let us know in advance (additional charges may apply). The transfer will only wait for a defined period of service if the delay with the representative has been communicated in advance.
