This is a walking tour of historical and contemporary sites in the area of the Waterfront in Hoboken New Jersey. It is a very unusual experience for tourist visitors, it is not the beaten path you will have something different to brag about.

In the learning workshop experience, a professional Reflexologists will share the essential theory and techniques of the Ingham Method of Reflexology, a natural healing art perhaps first practiced in ancient Egypt and used by natural healers throughout the ages.

Everyone in the tour group will have the opportunity to experience a mini session of Foot or Hand Reflexology from a practitioner and have an opportunity to practice the techniques they have learned with each other.

This is a unique opportunity that Is only available here. Everyone will leave with some new knowledge and hands and finger skills that they can share with family friends, partners.

Stop At: Hoboken Waterfront Walkway, On the Western shore of the Hudson River, Hoboken, NJ

The Lackawanna Station of the New Jersey Transit System.

The tour starts in Lower Manhattan, we will take a subway train or Ferry for a 15-minute ride under or over that Hudson River to the Lackawanna Train Station in the One Square Mile City of Hoboken New Jersey.

Hoboken as a city was one of the earliest hubs of commercial activities on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River.

The site of the train terminal there has been used since colonial times to link Manhattan Island and points west. It was originally a ferry landing accessible via turnpike roads, and later plank roads. In 1811 the first steam-powered ferries began service under John Stevens, an inventor who founded Hoboken. Descendants of the Steven family will later found the internationally known Steven Institute of Technology in Hoboken.
The Steven Institute Observatory is one of the attractions on this tour.

Pier A Park was named to honor Frank Sinatra - December 12th 1915 to May 14th, 1998 - He was one of America's most talented vocal artistes, Hollywood actors, and producers.
He is one of the best-selling music artistes of all time, having sold more than 150 million records worldwide.

Frank Sinatra was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, to Italian immigrants Natalina Della (Garaventa), from Northern Italy, and Saverio Antonino Martino Sinatra, a Sicilian boxer, fireman, and bar owner.

Stop At: Hoboken Historical Museum, 1301 Hudson St, Hoboken, NJ 07030-7427

We will visit the Hoboken Historical Museum when it is open. The museum is just off Washington Street.

Washington Street is the main commercial and residential street in Hoboken.
we will also pass by Carlos Bakery home of the Cake Boss. The Cake Boss is an internationally syndicated TLC Reality TV series The Cake Boss. On our way to the Reflexology experience, we will also pass by the Hoboken City Hall.

The Observatory of the Steven Institute is perhaps the highest point in the city of Hoboken. It offers a great view and photo opportunities of the Manhattan cityscape.

Stevens Institute of Technology is a private institution that was founded in 1870. It is a research-intensive school primarily known for its engineering, science and management programs.

Washington Street is the main commercial and residential street in Hoboken.
we will pass by Carlos Bakery home of the Cake Boss. The Cake Boss is an internationally syndicated TLC Reality TV series The Cake Boss. Guests can shop their favorite cakes and pastries before the workshop or even after the workshop.

On our way to the Reflexology experience, we will also pass by the Hoboken City Hall.

Issyra LLC is an African Art Gallery that is located in the old Neuman Leather Factory, the Reflexology training class will be held here.
The Reflexology Experience will include a compact presentation on the theory and application of Reflexology and a hands-on demonstration of Reflexology techniques by a practicing Reflexologist who is Certified in the Ingham Method. The group will then pair off and practice on each other.

Guests will learn some wellness and relaxation techniques that they can share with family and friends and enjoy a few minutes of foot massage at the end of the experience.
