At The Ballet Spot, the fitness of a ballet dancer is accessible to all. Every class is developed and taught by a professional dancer, based on their daily fitness routines. Through this comprehensive program of Cardio Ballet and Ballet-Inspired Stretch and Conditioning Classes, you will not only look and feel like a dancer, you will be one!

Itinerary

All of our classes are ballet or ballet-inspired follow-along workouts that are appropriate for all experience levels.

Cardio Ballet and Ballet Burn & Groove are our faster-paced classes that will get your heart rate up through ballet warm up exercises and dances across the floor.

Ballet Breathe & Flow and Ballet Stretch & Refresh are our slower classes that are good for someone looking to spend more time breaking down movements or looking for a more restorative experience.

Appropriate attire is exercise clothes and regular socks, sticky socks, or ballet slippers. Need slippers? Arrive a few minutes early to borrow a pair from us!
