- The start time is depending on the passenger arrival time to the Airport terminal and get out of security check point and customs gate.
- If the passenger trip starting from his home or from the hotel the start time depending on the pick up time passenger requested in the reservation.
-  For Airport Pick up ,The Chauffeur will be at the Airport arrival terminal on the landing time, will keep waiting for the passenger for 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes after for international flights after the plane at gate time. if the passenger not show up within 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights an additional wait time charges will applicable based on $ 7 dollars for each 10 minutes additional to the free wait time, if the passenger not show up after one hour of the additional wait time and we did not received any information from the passenger then the chauffeur have the right to leave the Airport and the passenger will charged for the trip cost plus the wait time. ( eg . if your flight at gate time is 2:00 Pm , it means you have free wait time until 2:30 Pm to show up and meet your chauffeur if you traveling on a domestic flight , and you have free wait time until 3:00 Pm if you traveling on international flight , after that will charge you wait time)
- If the pick up from the Hotel or the passenger's house the Chauffeur will be at the hotel entrance or the house entrance at the requested pick up time mentioned by the passenger in the reservation.
