Our Arctic Circle Tour will take you 400 miles across Alaska’s north, offering plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, picture-taking, and wildlife watching. You’ll get to cross the Yukon River, gaze at Finger Mountain, and witness plenty of moose along the occasional bear. The tour ends at the Arctic Circle Sign, where you’ll be presented with a commemorative Arctic Circle Certificate before we return to Fairbanks.

Stop At: Alyeska Pipeline Viewing Point, 1671 Steese Highway, Fairbanks, AK 99712

The Trans-Alaska Pipeline is one of the world’s longest, carrying crude oil along an 800-mile journey from Prudhoe Bay in the north of Alaska to Valdez, where it is shipped out to the world.

Stop At: Arctic Circle Trading Post, Mile 49.5 Elliott Hwy, Fairbanks, AK

The E. L. Patton Yukon River Bridge is one of the largest bridges in Alaska, offering a scenic view of one of its most important rivers. Originally constructed as part of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, it is the only bridge crossing the Yukon River in Alaska.

Stop At: BLM Arctic Circle Monument Sign, MP 115.5 Elliott Highway, Fairbanks, AK

Located just off the Dalton Highway, this sign marks the official beginning of the Arctic Circle, the northernmost region of the globe. When you reach the Arctic Circle Monument, you’ll be presented with your very own certificate commemorating your journey to one of the most remote and dangerous regions of the world.
