2 Hour Scenic City Tour of the Greater Anchorage Area

Relax, while enjoying a wonderful 2-hour journey to see sites within Anchorage, Alaska.  Our city is filled with fascinating history and an abundance of beauty found nowhere else in the world.

Our tour begins downtown Anchorage and meanders towards our University-Medical District. We view historic landmarks along the way, as well as experience the Eastern Europe influence that help settle Alaska. Then we are off the ascend into the Chugach Mountain range to enjoy breath-taking views and look for inner-city moose and other wildlife.

We descend into cityscape views of the Cook Inlet & Turnagain Arm. We drive through neighborhoods, so you can see how Alaskans live--including backyard airplane runways.

Ship Creek Flats. Where our community began as a Tent City.

Originally a fire break carved into the wilderness, the long opening soin became an airstrip and golf course. See local homestead cabins and early settlement.

Stop At: Old St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Eklutna, Anchorage, AK

Rich in eastern european culture and settlement, we look at early influence into Alaska.

Once a thriving neighborhood, a large earthquake in 1963 changed our community. See the effects of a 9.2 earthquake and scenic viewpoint of Anchorage Cityscape.
