The Spiced Dry Rum Club provides a truly unique series of Rum Making Experiences in the heart of Islington, London. By utilising techniques that have not previously been made available to the public, our 20 copper alembic pot stills allow you to design and make your own rum masterpiece.
Led by a rotating team of London’s foremost rum experts, you will embark on a rum tasting discovery, experiment with flavours and make your own rum to take home, completely bespoke to your own taste. We offer two packages that can be attended by a single guest, or to share the experience between two. Become a rum expert whilst competing with your friends and colleagues to see who can make the best craft rum!

Itinerary

- Learning the history of rum with tastings of seven different rums.
- Flavouring and redistilling a full 70cl bottle of rum using spices and dried fruits of your choice for you to take home.
- 3 cocktails throughout the experience

- An educational and interactive class led by world-leading rum ambassadors.
