Mountain cruise in the Green Canyon with lunch from Belek

Relaxation trip to the scenic Green Canyon in the Taurus Mountains. A trip with a  2-deck boat around the dammed reservoir in the canyon with buffet lunch and breaks for refreshing bathes.  The possibility of seeing the canyon also from huge, 185m high reservoir dam perspective.

Right after you will be picked up from the hotel you will be heading to the city of Manavgat and then another 15 km upstream the Manavgat River to get to the starting point where the boat trip will begin. The journey takes about 2 hours

Before you will embark on the boat, you will be able to go on the observation deck which is built on huge, 185m high dam, to see the panoramic view of the Green Canyon for the first time. After a break for taking photos, you will take a seat on the boat, that will take us on a cruise around mountain lake in Green Canyon.

During the scenic cruise, you will be able to admire majestic tall rocks of the canyon, you will enter so-called Small Canyon, its narrower branch, and then head to have a delicious  lunch. The lunch will be served in a restaurant on the shores of the Green Canyon. You will be able to try tasty trout baked in a ceramic baking pan, chicken shish-kebab or excellently prepared lamb meat balls and also a buffet full of salads and appetizers. After the meal you will head with a boat along the branch knowns as the Large Canyon, up to the place, where the Manavgat River has its source. You will be easily able to see its source bumping from the rocks but also from the bottom of the lake. During the cruise, you may look forward to swimming a little while the boat will anchor by the platform on the lake.
