Tanzania Wildlife and Cultural Exploration

Best shortest adventure trip that gives you an opportunity to explore the Tanzanians people way of life, history, culture, traditional dance, and yet explore the wildlife (fauna and flora) into the African Savanna. Also, this tour can be combined visiting Zanzibar Island for 3 days excursions and beach relaxation in the total of 5 days which will make you save money for your next adventure in East Africa or beyond.

Itinerary

Day 1: Historical, Cultural, & Traditional Dance

Stop At: Village Museum, Along Bagamoyo Road in Kijitonyama, Dar es Salaam Tanzania
Depart your hotel at 08:00AM after breakfast and leave for Mikumi National Park via Village Museum to explore the way of life of Tanzanians use to live 50 years ago and more. The Village Museum features tradition built straw houses using existed natural materials that was found within the reach. Those houses represents 122 Bantu ethnic group and 2 non Bantu, leaving 1 Bushmen "hunters" without representation. After finishing to explore the site; the tradition dance will be ready to conclude your tour and you be welcomed to join for the dance. Then around 11:00AM leave the Museum to Mikumi National Park via Old Bagamoyo Road, Lunch will be taken at Msata town, after lunch proceed to Mikumi N. Park via small townships, Sisal Plantations, Uruguru Mountains-Morogoro, Sunset in Mikumi National Park, Dinner and Stay Overnight at Camp Bastian.

• Dinner: Dinner will be served at Camp Bastian, Mikumi National Park.
Accommodation included: Overnight at Camp Bastian, a 2 Star Country Side Camp.

Day 2: Wildlife Explorations- Fauna & Flora.

Stop At: Mikumi National Park, A7, Tanzania
Early morning at 06:30AM after breakfast, leave Camp bastian for Mikumi National Park game viewing where you will be able to see wild animals such as lions, elands, buffalo, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and impalas. Wild dogs, Leopards can be also seen in rarely sightseeing. Mikumi National Parks also offers beautiful landscapes; crocodiles and hippos can be seen at the dams. Picnic lunch will be served under the Baobab tree picnic site in the park. After lunch, you will proceed to explore to the baobab tree use to be the Poachers hideout, and then around 02:00PM start to leave the park for game viewing en route before existing the park and drive back to Dar es Salaam where you will arrive around 08:00PM depending on the traffic. End of your Tour.
