Itinerary

Day 1: Airport > Wadduwa

Stop At: Wadduwa Beach, 22 km South of Colombo, Wadduwa 12560 Sri Lanka
On the first day, you will have an initial consultation with the physician at our Sri Lanka Ayurveda retreat, which would take about 30 minutes. During this consultation, your prakurthi equilibrium and the imbalances of your three doshas will be identified by the physician. The physician would then prescribe a treatment procedure and a dietary regimen based on the food values in Ayurveda concepts.

Herbal Garden Tour - conducted by a resident physician, the educational tour of our herbal garden will introduce you to some of the 400 herbal plants growing on our property. There are plenty of things to see in Wadduwa, but none quite so uniquely educational as what you will come across during our Herbal Garden Tour. Lasting between 40-60 minutes, this tour provides guests with information about the medicinal value of the herbs, as well as a close up view of some of the plants that are used for the guests’ treatments.
