This is an ideal activity for anyone on holiday in Tenerife who would like to keep up their training or be a bit more active on their holiday.

Classes are High Intensity but fun and enjoyable.... meaning you won't feel so guilty about indulging for the rest of your holiday.

Itinerary

Boot Camp Training is done on the Beach at Playa La Pinta. It is Military Style training using body weight exercises.... press ups, squats, sit ups, burpees mixed with sprints, shuttle runs etc.

This is High Intensity training open to all fitness levels.

Beach Classes are Monday, Wednesday & Friday

07:30 - 08:30 on the beach

Circuit Classes are

Tuesday & Thursday

08:00 - 09:00
