Korean herbal teas for the cold in Winter

Each country has a variety of teas that enjoy in cold weather. Especially, there are many kinds of teas you can enjoy when you catch a cold. Through this class, I would like to introduce Korean traditional teas, especially teas that are good for cold.

If you say you caught a cold while staying in a typical Korean family, Koreans will surely serve you tea made of ginger, pear, jujube or balloon flower. If you don't have a bad cold, just drinking warm tea will make you feel better.
Why don't you make your own healthy tea with easy-to-market materials?
I'll explain the various ingredients and how each material can help you catch a cold.
First, make a balloon flower root tea. When you are suffering from sneezing and runny nose due to the dry weather during winter, balloon flower root tea is recommended. Saponin, which has a delicate taste, is said to have a stop to the excess nasal passages.
Second, when phlegm is severe with a sore throat , ginger jujube tea is effective. Ginger contains ingredients that kill bad germs such as cholera, and jujube, which is warm-tempered, helps keep the body warm.In addition, it helps discharge cholesterol and waste in blood vessels, so it is also good for cleaning blood.
Thirdly, we make a quince tea. In autumn, the scent of quince is very good, but it protects the windpipe, so if you drink it frequently, it's good to prevent colds.
After making teas, we will enjoy teas with traditional snack.
