Tangier is an uncontrolled mix of North Africa and South Europe, a developed western city and yet a typical eastern one at the same time.
It is located in northern Morocco on the frontier between Europe and Africa, a cosmopolitan city where the past and present, Mediterranean and Atlantic meet.
As an official tour guide from the moroccan tourism ministery, I love to show the local history, culture and lifestyle to city guests from all over the world. I will invite you to visit all the hidden corners, pass by the new Marina, visit the astonishing Hercules caves and the lighthouse standing at the edge of Africa; then we'll visit the Kasbah and Medina with all the wonderful balconies and mysterious narrow ways.
We'll also visit the daily central food market to enjoy the view of all those fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, olives and the wonderful fish market.
