The class is good to enjoy “IZAKAYA” Japanese pub style and for people who want to know Japanese food culture deeply. We will cook 4 kinds of popular Japanese pub food and like yakitori (grilled checken), rolled omelette, deep fried tofu and Japanese pickles. After cooking, you will enjoy eating them with local sake. My town has a lot of sake breweries so I will introduce 3 types of local sake. You will taste them and experience food and sake paring.

We will meet in front of Mondo-yakujin station. There are 2 ticket gates in the station, and please get out from the ticket gate with a station staff. Afterward, we will walk a few minutes to my home kitchen.
