These are lesser known but very relevant sites in Israel. The Tour chronicles the Jewish desire to be buried in the Holyland. Tour participants are also exposed to the opulance of the Roman lifestyle as well as archaeological remains from the Crusader period.

An ancient Jewsh city on the border of the Jezreel valley & lower Galilee. The site is home to extensive Jewish remains housed in catacombs filled with sarcophagi.

Stop At: Zippori National Park, 4 Kilometers East of Hamovil Junction (on Route 79 between Hamovil junction and Nazareth), Zippori Israel

A mix of Jewish, Roman & Crusader archaeological remains & home to " The Monalisa of the Galilee " - a Roman floor mosaic which in my opinion competes favourably with that of Leonardo da Vinci's.

Kochav HaYarden (Belvoir) : archaeological ruins of a Crusader castle that commands a stunning view of the Jordan Valley below.
