Kaziranga National Park a protected area spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. It’s visited by many rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near Kaziranga village. This 4 day trip include private AC transport, accommodation & safaris with naturalist.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 01; Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park (200kms/ 4hrs approx)

Pass By: Guwahati, Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan District, Assam
On arrival at Guwahati or Johrat airport assistance and transfer to hotel in Kaziranga National Park check in. Rest time free and easy to relax. Dinner & overnight at resort.

Day 2: Day 02; Kaziranga National Park

Stop At: Kaziranga National Park, Kaziranga National Park, Nagaon District, Assam
Early in the morning, check out of the hotel for an Jeep safari at 5.30 AM to 6.30 AM in the western range of the national park.

Kaziranga National Park is inhabited by the world's largest population of one - horned rhinoceroses, in 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment.

The main attraction of this wildlife park include One-horned Rhinoceros, tiger, wild buffalo, elephant, variety of deer, python and variety of migratory birds among others.
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Kaziranga National Park, Kaziranga National Park, Nagaon District, Assam
Return for refreshment and then again proceed to the park for yet another round of wildlife safari. Kaziranga National Park is inhabited by the world's largest population of one - horned rhinoceroses, in 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment.

Day 3: Day 03; Kaziranga - Guwahati (200kms/ 4hrs approx)

Stop At: Kaziranga National Park, Kaziranga National Park, Nagaon District, Assam
Early morning jungle safari (05:30 am to 06:30 am), to the national park for wildlife viewing. Return back to resort for breakfast. After breakfast jeep safari (either central or western range). Return to lodge for lunch.
Afternoon drive to Guwahati check in at resort.

Day 4: Day 04; Guwahati - Departure

Stop At: Kamakhya, Guwahati, Assam 781010, India
Breakfast at hotel. City tour of Guwahati a sprawling city beside the Brahmaputra River known for holy sites like the hilltop Kamakhya Temple, featuring shrines to the Hindu deities Shiva and Vishnu. To the east, 18th-century Navagraha Temple is an astronomical center with planetary shrines. Umananda Temple, dedicated to Shiva and covered with engravings, stands on Peacock Island in the river.

Pass By: Guwahati, Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan District, Assam
Later transfer to Guwahati airport to board flight onward destination.
