Constructed in the 20th century, this arch was built as a tribute to the British Royals on their visit to India. The Gateway of India overlooks the Arabian Sea and welcomes visitors in large numbers every single day.

The University of Mumbai is one of the largest universities in the world with 3 campuses in the city. It was established by the British in 1857 as a model on the lines of the University of London.

This is one of the oldest courts in India, the construction of which was completed in 1878. Even though the name of the city was changed to Mumbai, the court still carries the old name.

Officially called the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, today Marine Drive is famously referred to as the Queen’s Necklace. It got its name after the view of the street lights at night that resemble the pearls of a necklace when viewed from an elevation.
