Qutub Minar is a minaret located in the Qutab complex. It is a heritage site located in Delhi. Qutub Minar is a tapering tower, which was designed similar to the Minaret of Jam located in Western Afghanistan. The first floor of the tower was built in 12th century. The second, third and fourth floors were built in 13th century and the last floor was completed in 14th century. There were attempts to add a sixth storey to the tower, which failed. This is the victory tower of Mughal, which indicated the beginning of Muslim rule in India.

India Gate is a war memorial, which was initially named as the All India War Memorial. This structure is situated Rajpath region of New Delhi. This structure stands as a memorial to more than 70,000 soldiers who died in the First World War and the third Anglo-Afghan war.

The Rashtrapati Bhavan or the 'President's House or the 'Presidential Palace' was Lutyens' and Baker's inspired Imperial architecture that was made to be the residence of the Viceroy and Governor General of India during the British Rule. Formerly known as the 'Viceroy's House' up till 1950, this structure speaks volumes of a classical design that cohesively blended with both western and Indian styles depicting architectural excellence that marked the identity of Delhi and the seat of the Government of India in today's modern ambience.

Akshardham complex is a Hindu temple and a spiritual campus located in New Delhi. Adjacent to it, the cremation spot of K R Narayan is located. Other notable people’s memorials found her are Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, GianiZail Singh, Chandra Shekar, I K Gujral and others.
