Stop At: Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), 6 km North of Connaught Pl. across from Lal Qila, New Delhi India

This morning, a chauffeur driven car and guide will meet you at your city hotel. Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Begin your day with a guided tour of the Old City of ‘Shahjahanabad’. Your introduction to the city will be with a visit to Raj Ghat - the cremation site of the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Drive past Red Fort - the magical monument in red sandstone built at the pinnacle of the Mughal Empire and enjoy a brief walking tour through the bustling streets of Chandni Chowk to Jama Masjid, built by Shah Jahan.

Stop At: India Gate, Rajpath Near Connaught Place New Delhi, New Delhi 110001 India

Later, enjoy an orientation tour of New Delhi, which reflects the legacy the British left behind. Drive past the imposing India Gate (War Memorial Arch), the Parliament buildings and the Rashtrapati Bhavan (the President’s residence). Continue to visit Humayun’s tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the first great example of a new distinctive style of architecture, which developed to become the hallmark of the Mughal Dynasty.

Post the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel.
