See Iceland's most symbolic gem, Snæfellsjökull glacier, and hear about the many folktales and legends that emerge from the landscape of this spectacular area. The legendary glacier is said to have mystical powers and is considered one of the seven main energy centers of earth. It is also the setting of Jules Verne´s famous novel „Journey to the Center of the Earth."

We will drive the peninsula, stop at the roots of Snæfellsjökull Glacier, visit Arnarstapi, Hellnar, see the Londrangar, caves of Hellissandur and Rif. We end our tour in the lovely town of Stykkishólmur that sits in the Breiðafjörður Bay with its "uncountable" islands.
