Grenadian Honey Tasting

We will be learning about the different varieties of honey, the process by which it is made, and the different flavor tones that honey can have. You will sample at least five varieties of honey, from producers across the island including honey from Tri-Island chocolate apiary and their 75% bee pollen chocolate bar. You will learn about the importance of bees, their way of life and a whole lot more about different products we can make out of honey. By the end of this experience, guests should have a greater appreciation for Grenadian artisan honey and the unique characteristics that accompany this genre of food.

You will learn about the importance of bees, their way of life and a whole lot more about different products we can make out of honey. By the end of this experience, guests should have a greater appreciation for Grenadian artisan honey and the unique characteristics that accompany this genre of food.
