In Greece, traditionally, lunch is the largest meal of the day. “Sunday lunch” takes the form of a feast where all the family meets, discusses (loudly), laughs and argues about everything. You will learn how to cook a 4+ courses simple, traditional Greek “Sunday” lunch, which we will all devour afterwards around our big table, while talking, laughing and drinking good Greek wine.

During this class you will learn how to cook a traditional Greek dinner, which we will all devour afterwards around our big table, while talking, laughing and drinking good Greek wine.

We will cook a 4+ course traditional menu. A sample menu includes at least spinach or cheese pie, tzatziki, Greek salad, chicken in tomato sauce with traditional Greek pasta or moussaka and a traditional greek dessert
