In Bordeaux, there are many proposals for initiation to simple wine tasting. At the Perfect Agreement, we decided to introduce you differently by making you discover local wines typical of the region and by granting them with food and wine agreements freshly prepared by us from the wines tasted. With us, you take possession of the cellar! We discuss the terroir, wines and taste with passion! And, more than just discovering the technique of tasting through the sight, smell and taste of wine, we take advantage of this tasting to give you the keys of the food and wine association. Thus, you will now be able to know at the end of this experience the main lines to choose a wine according to your dish and amaze your friends.

L'Accord Parfait is the new wine cellar of two sommelier friends Mathias and Jean. She is brand new: 2019! Its concept is innovative: You discover wines of winemakers and especially food and wine pairings. Here, come share our passion and discover Bordeaux wines from every angle!

Take possession of our cellar and desecrate together the traditional approach of Bordeaux wines! Here, we discover, we feel, we taste, we compare, we discuss! In short, no fuss.

The selected wines are representative wines of the vast Bordeaux wine region. We will travel together with wines from the left bank, the right bank and the vast region of graves. We will associate terroirs, grape varieties and a little history of the vineyard.
To complete the whole, we will have prepared entremets to understand the association of food and wine. And yes, the pleasure of wine is also to be able to associate it!
