Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Cairo

Pass By: Cairo, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Welcome to Cairo, Egypt (Around The Clock)
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At hotel the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo Tour – Train to Aswan

Pass By: Cairo, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Check out after breakfast at your hotel in Cairo. Then you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus , famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue. Lunch will be served at good quality local restaurant. Then transfer to visit the Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue driving to the area of Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Later, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan-dinner and breakfast will be served on board. Overnight inside your compartment.

Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

Pass By: Aswan, Aswan, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley
You will be met and assisted at Aswan train station by our representative who will transfer you to embark your Nile River Cruise, before Lunch at 11:00 a.m. Then enjoy visiting the world famous High Dam, The awesome Philae temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor , and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

Pass By: Edfu, Edfu, Nile River Valley
Sail to Kom Ombo, have breakfast on board and visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Sail to Edfu, lunch on board after that visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, Horus Temple in Edfu. Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions

Pass By: Luxor, Luxor, Nile River Valley
Sail to Luxor, have breakfast on board then Visit the West Bank, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut approximately in the 15th century BC , at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea during sailing. Dinner on board Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise – Train to Cairo

Pass By: Luxor, Luxor, Nile River Valley
Breakfast aboard cruise before disembarkation and then you will be accompanied by your guide to visit Karnak and Luxor temples at the East bank of the River Nile. Later you will be transferred to Luxor railway station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Have your dinner and overnight on board sleeper train in your private compartment ( twin beds).

Day 7: Cairo Optional Excursions

Pass By: Cairo, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Breakfast aboard sleeper train before arriving Giza train station, where you will be met and assisted by Sun Pyramids Tours representative who will transfer you to your hotel for free time at leisure ( you will check into your room as early as possible ) with some optional excursions available in Cairo to visit Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and Memphis. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 8: Cairo – Fly Back Home

Pass By: Cairo, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo – free time before your flight – check out and then transferred to Cairo International Airport for final departure.

Note : If the mentioned cruise or the hotel are not available, the company has the right to change to any cruise or hotel, as long as it is of same category.
Note: Sleeper trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority. Sleeper train takes about 14 hours from Cairo to Aswan and about 11 hours from Luxor to Cairo. However, we recommend using domestic flights with supplement US$ 135 per person instead of spending time in sleeper trains.
** PS: In Case you would like to upgrade to a domestic flight instead of the train, so a supplement of USD 125 per person would apply on the below prices..
