Santo Domingo City Tour (All-day from Punta Cana)

We’ll first visit the Colonial City, panoramic view of the Columbus Lighthouse where the remains of Christopher Columbus, then visit the Cathedral of Santo Domingo, the first cathedral was founded in America and the Alcazar de Colon, located in the Plaza de España.

We'll take a walk along the Calle de las Damas, the most romantic street in the city, and the Museum of the national gemstone: Amber.

We'll have free time for shopping in different typical gift shops and can buy the famous Limé dolls, handicrafts and Dominican paintings as well as tobacco, rum, and Dominican coffee.

We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a famous Dominican restaurant. After that, we’ll visit the Three Eyes National Park which is a cave with a freshwater lake, naturally divided into three lakes that can only be seen from inside. Finally, we’ll go to the modern part of the capital and we’ll make a panoramic visit to the Center of Culture, National Theater, Museum of the Dominican Man and Gallery of Modern Art.

We'll pick you up from your hotel in the Punta Cana area -please note that we'll also pick up our other guests from their hotels as well - expect about 45 minutes to pick up all our guests. As soon as everybody is on board we'll head towards Santo Domingo. Some stops may occur during the trip (driver might need a soda, guests might need a bathroom, etc.)

Stop At: Zona Colonial, Santo Domingo Dominican Republic

We'll visit the Panoramic view of the Columbus Lighthouse, the Cathedral of Santo Domingo, the Plaza de España, the Calle de las Damas (Damas Street), and the Amber Museum.
You'll have about an hour of free time for shopping in different typical gift shops (limé dolls, handicrafts, paintings, tobacco, rum, and coffee).
We'll have about an hour to lunch at a famous Dominican restaurant. The cost of your lunch is included in your booking. Extra drinks and beverages are NOT included.

Once we arrive at Punta Cana we'll drop back to our guests to their hotels for a well-needed rest. Once again expect about 45 minutes to 1 hour of dropping time.
