This leisurely, guided trip, is fun for all the family and a great way to experience the Columbia River and Wetlands. No experience necessary as your guide will teach you everything you need to know, from basic paddle strokes to river safety. All our experienced guides also have an advanced, 90 hour, Wilderness First Aid qualification, so you are in safe hands
Itinerary
After your guide teaches you the canoeing basics, we will set off and canoe down the Columbia River and through the Columbia Wetlands, part of the largest wetlands in North America. This ecosystem is home to hundreds of bird and animal species, so you never know what you might see.
