Climbing the Italian Sugar Loaf Route

The Italian route is one of the most beautiful climbing in Brazil, with a beautiful view of the city.

 

Itinerary

The Italian Route will be climbed on the west side of the Sugar Loaf.

The climb is approximately 250 meters long, is a technical climbing, classified as V + difficulty, where the technique of small grabs predominates.

The descent will be by cable car to Morro da Urca and then a trail to Claudio Coutinho Trail.

All climbing equipment will be provided!

The participant must have previous and proven climbing experience. It is recommended that the participant has already climbed long rock climbing routes with VI degree of difficulty.
