Oakabella's Outback Campfire Experience

The Oakabella Team together with Tony Turner and Dakota will leave you with a night to remember! We want you to leave feeling a part of our family and experience something unique.

Come on a 3 1/2 hour tour with us around the historic Oakabella Homestead Farm exploring the Oakabella Gorge on sunset and learning about the local bush tucker foods found here. Join us feeding the baby animals and learning how to find wolf spiders by night. Around the campfire have a hands on experience making your own damper and cooking marshmellows whilst sipping away on Billy Tea.
Tony Turner will captivate you with the sounds of the didgeridoo being played around the campfire over dinner, whilst the men will learn how to play the didgeridoo (under tradition, can only be learnt and played by men)
After a campfire Kangaroo Stew, spend some time gazing into the night sky looking at the stars and getting to know each other.
Have the option to have your photo taken with Dakota (extra cost applies).

Itinerary

Stop At: Oakabella Homestead, Tea Rooms and Campground, Bowes WA 6535 423 Starling Rd 33 Kms North of Geraldton on the North West Coastal Highway, Northampton, Western Australia 6535 Australia

Join us on a 3 1/2 hour tour including a tour down to the Oakabella Gorge before heading back for a hands on experience making your own damper with Dakota. Feeding the animals, cooking marshmellows on the campfire, enjoying a Kangaroo Stew and Billy Tea. Listening to Tony playing the Didgeridoo. The men will learn how to play the didgeridoo. Find wolf spiders at night and enjoy the stars.
