Tumbling 30 metres down a rocky face in a fern filled rainforest setting. Erskine Falls drips with natural charm. It’s the most accessible of the regions waterfalls.

One of our favourite local photo spots, this lookout provides a spectacular view over the coastline with the Great Ocean Road snaking between the coast and the hillsides through the Otway National Park.

Stop At: Apollo Bay, Apollo Bay, Victoria
Enjoy lunch at one our favourite local restaurants in Apollo Bay, a seaside village embraced by tranquil beaches, rolling green hills and the Great Otway National Park.

Stop At: Cape Otway, Cape Otway, Great Otway National Park, Victoria
Cape Otway is one of the best places in Victoria to spot local koalas in the wild away from the crowds.

Stop At: Apostle Whey Cheese, 9 Gallum Rd Cooriemungle, Port Campbell, Victoria 3268 Australia
Enjoy a private tasting of the award-winning home-made cheese with the owner of this working dairy farm and enjoy some of their delicious homemade ice-cream.

The main stop for the tour – witness the rugged splendour of the famous 12 Apostles, magnificent rock stacks that rise up majestically from the Southern Ocean.

Stop At: Gibsons Steps, Great Ocean Road Port Campbell National Park, Port Campbell, Victoria 3269 Australia
Here we make our way down to the beach via the 86 steps that were carved into the face of the cliff by local settler Hugh Gibson. Once on the beach you will be dwarfed by the 70-metre high vertical cliffs while getting up close to two giant limestone stacks rising up out of the sea known as Gog and Magog.

Stop At: Loch Ard Gorge, Great Ocean Road Port Campbell National Park, Port Campbell, Victoria Australia
Hear the story of Loch Ard Shipwreck and learn about the rich maritime history of the area while wandering the trails at Loch Ard Gorge. We will also take a walk onto the beach which is famous for its smooth clear blue water.

Stop At: London Bridge, west of Port Campbell on Great Ocean Road, Port Campbell, Victoria 3269 Australia
Our final stop in the Port Campbell National Park is London Bridge, which was a stack formed by a gradual process of erosion, and until 1990 formed a complete double-span natural bridge before it famously collapsed.

Day 2: Great Ocean Road to Adelaide

Enjoy morning tea at Mount Gambier, known for its limestone, volcanic landscape and crater lakes.

One of the best photo opportunities during this tour is Blue Lake, a large, monomictic, crater lake located in a dormant volcanic maar associated with the Mount Gambier maar complex.

Stop At: Umpherston Sinkhole, Jubilee Highway East, Mount Gambier, South Australia 5290 Australia
The beauty of the Umpherston Sinkhole has to be seen to be believed. Appreciate its size and depth from the viewing platforms at the top of the sinkhole, then, we will then walk down into the sinkhole, along the terraces and behind the hanging vines.

Stop At: Coonawarra Wine Region, Coonawarra Wine Region, South Australia
The Coonawarra wine region located in the Limestone Coast zone of South Australia is well known for its Cabernet Sauvignon wines produced on its “terra rossa” soil. Here we will get to explore some of our favourite wineries in the region including lunch with the option of wine tasting available.

Visit South Australia’s only world heritage site, the Naracoorte Caves which preserves Australia’s most complete fossil record for the past 500000 years.

Stop At: Robe, Robe, South Australia
Accommodation on night two of this itinerary is at Robe, a fishing port located in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. The town’s distinctive combination of historical buildings, ocean fishing fleets, lakes and dense bush is widely appreciated.

Day 3: Robe to Adelaide

As we make our way through to Adelaide we will drive through the Coorong National Park exploring over 130km of coastal lagoons and birdlife.
