We will start our day with the visit in Apollonia. This archaeological park is one of the biges in Albania. Apollonia, a Greek colony with a strong Illyrian component, is a magical place. Its special atmosphere is created by a combination of the unique monuments, archaeology and landscape, difficult to find anywhere in Mediterranean. The ancient city of Apollonia is one of the best known and important classical cities in the country. After the visit in Apollonia we are going in Divjake-Karavasta National Park. The Karavasta Lagoon (Albanian: Laguna e Karavastasë) is the largest lagoon in Albania and one of the largest in the Mediterranean Sea. This park is within the List of Ramsar wetlands of international importance and part of the Divjake-Karavasta National Park. The Divjaka-Karavasta National Park is the largest non-coastal complex in Albania.
