Day 1:  Pu Bin Spice Hills Arrive - soft hiking (L,D)

11:30 Arrive at Pu Bin and be greeted by our friendly hosts

11:45 Enjoy  welcome tea

12:15 Enjoy a local lunch

14:00 Start trekking (2,5hrs) from Pu Bin Spice Hills to Xa Loong village through the jungle to the Love valley

17:00 Relax and enjoy the herbal foot bath.

18:00 Join a demonstation cooking class

19:00 Dinner is served with local food prepared by our hosts

20:00 Enjoy “Mua Sap”, a famous local bamboo dance, performed by young local girls and boys from the village, you are always welcome to join with them (optional)

21:15 Relax and enjoy the evening. You will rest over night in the stilt houses with our Thai hosts

Day 2: Pu Bin Tours -  Departure (B,L)

07:15 Enjoy a light breakfast

08:00 Choice of Farming tour (watering vegestable, digging sweet potatoes or taroes, feeding chicken and buffalo, harvesting rice or corn, tangerine and spcies leaves) or Trekking to Nang village (2hrs) with a visit one of the White Thai family and enjoy Pu Bin’s beauty including visits to house on stilts where you will see the deep roots of the ethnic Thai culture through vibrant local encounters.
