One of the most interesting and fascinating experiences in Hue is taking part in a cooking class. Hue cuisine is based on the simple and tasty recipes. Our staff gives you the opportunity to discover all the secrets of Hue cuisine in this interesting and engaging cooking class.

08:00am: You will be picked up by cyclo at your hotel in the center of Hue city, transfer to the colorful Dong Ba Market to buy the day's ingredients and take the time to discover daily life. You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson.

09:30am: We board the "King Dragon" and set sail along the Perfume River toward the Hen Islet. After initial preparations are ready, we will begin our cooking lesson. The lesson runs for about 2 hours. Our chef first demonstrates the correct preparation of each dish before you prepare, under his guidance, the same dishes yourselves.

11:30am: Enjoy the food you have just cooked.

12:30pm: Back and end the activity at Toa Kham wharf.
