My name is An from the Black Hmong ethnic minority group in Sapa. I am an experienced local mountain guide in the Sapa area. I have worked for many tourism companies which has given me the opportunity to improve my English skills with people from all over the world. I am passionate about nature especially mountain trekking and hiking on the big rice terraces in my hometown. I love sharing my local culture with anyone who is looking for a unique, memorable trip. Itinerary

Day 1: Depart from Hanoi to Sa Pa by bus - Trek to Lao Chai/ Ta Van

Stop At: Ta Van Village, Sapa 330000 Vietnam
6h30 - 7h00: Free pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi

12h30 - 13h00: You will arrive Sapa town. Tour guide would pick up you there. Coming to hotel, rest for a short spell

to take bath. You have any time to prepare your baggage for your trek. Then you have luch in your hotel. You should

bring a little clothing, a comfortable shoes to trek.

14h00: You will begin yours 12 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward the Black H'mong village

of Lao Chai. The Muong Hoa Valley contains some of the most beautiful views of terraced fields in Asia. Continuing

along the bottom of the Valley to go the Dzay tribe village of Ta Van to experience their way of life when you stay in a

local family's cottage. You get to the homestay late afternoon.

Accommodation included: Over Night in Homestay of local people

Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Ban Ho

Stop At: Giang Ta Chai Village, Ta Van Commune, Sapa 008420 Vietnam
After pancake made by your host family, we continue to discover Giang Ta Chai village, then Su Pan villages of
the red Dzao minority. After picnic lunch, we keep on hiking to Ban Ho, the village lies within a beautiful valley, home to the Tay minority people who have their traditional house on stilts and we will spend the night here.

Day 3: Ban Ho – Nam Toong - Sapa

Stop At: Sapa, Sapa, Lao Cai Province
2km walking to a very nice waterfall discovered and named “the Lavie” by the French during the colonial time
in Vietnam. Enjoy swimming then go up to the mountain to visit a small hamlet of the Red Dzao people called Nam Toong, then get back to Ban Ho before get to Sapa by Car.
