The basket boat also offers tourists exciting moment to see insight the 7-acres nipa palm forest with different shapes and ages. You will take this chance of shooting pictures on the river and eco-tourism local village in Hoi An.

One day being a fisherman at the Hoi An nipa palm village you will enjoy experience from learning fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while explore the tranquil coconut-palm flanked waterways of a past war. Furthermore, you will take part in some hand – on activities that are fun, safe and interesting to people all of age.

You will have a chance to meet local fishermen and experience the daily life of their family and welcome with water coconut fruit and try to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat race.

With time of appointment of morning or afternoon, pick you up by a seat in coach to a local wharf in Hoi An.

Embark on a tourist boat and boat along Hoi An river (10 minutes).

Discover fishing life: casting a net, pulling a round fishing net, paddling/racing basket boat(90 minutes).

Back to our tourist boat to enjoy meal on boat with grilled sea food (60 minutes).

Pack and take another local wharf.

Return home by car with tour guide.
