Coffee Workshop | Espresso Mule - Open Eye Society

In our class, we will guide you through prepping and pulling your own espresso shots with the Flair Espresso Maker and give you the knowledge to dialing in the perfect shot. Then from scratch, we will prepare our signature Espresso Mule and pair it with locally prepared chocolate to enhance the experience even more.

Itinerary

In this exciting class, you will start by dialing in and pulling your own espresso shots. Not only learn the theory of what goes behind creating an amazing espresso, but get hands-on using the Flair Espresso Maker. Once we have the shots dialed in, we will use them to create one of my favorite Mock-tails from scratch, the Espresso Mule. To kick the experience up, even more, we will then pair it with some craft chocolate that will compliment the coffee perfectly from Belle's Chocolate. The class will be held at Handle and Bar. What you will receive:

You will get hands-on experience pulling your own shot with the Flair Espresso Maker. I will guide you to pulling the perfect shot.

Once you have dialed in your espresso shot, we will create an Espresso Mule (Mock-tail) from scratch.

Then we will pair our delicious creations with Belle’s Chocolate (Craft Chocolate from Belle's Chocolate that is made with high quality, Organic, Fair Trade Cacao, and Organic sugar).
