Only Ajan - former Buddhist monk with special blessing can correctly make Sak Yant tattoo.

Every Ajan was a monk before he came back to the usual life.
During he was a monk he also got a special blessing from Buddhist society and pass the course during he got special skills to make special symbols for Sak Yant.
