Full Day Tour To Tiger Cave and Hot Spring and Emerald Pool

The visits will normally either be Tiger Cave then ride trekking in the morning , then go to Emerald Pool and Hot Spring Waterfall in the afternoon. Either Emerald Pool & Hot Spring in the morning and go to Tiger Cave in the afternoon. The decision made on the day depending on weather, traffic the time spent on pickups and how busy the location are , because we try to let you enjoy the best moment without too crowded !
Better bring your swimming suits, clothes and towel . However you have enough times to climb up to the hill top in the Tiger Cave Temple , but there you have times to enjoy the natural meditation in the Emerald Pool and Hot Spring Waterfalls !

Please note that lady visitors to Tiger Cave Temple must cover shoulders and legs , just take a cloths to wrap around or rent one sarong 20THB at the entrance of the temple.

Stop At: Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), Krabi Town 81000 Thailand

Tiger cave in Krabi also name as Wat Tham Sueua. Located 9km from Krabi Town. The actual tiger cave is just a complex of natural caves set into the limestone cliff , where the monks live and meditate. There are many stories about how the Tiger Cave got its name, some say there are tiger paws print set into a wall, some say that the shape of outcrops resembles a tiger paws and another say that an actual tiger used to live in there, but there no tigers in the Tiger Cave Temple !
The place is truly sacred and calm, set into lush jungle with monumental trees. There a long staircase about 1237 steps to goes up to the hill top , there are 360 degree to look over whole Krabi. Whole area are lots of monkeys , you can take pictures but better not to feed them . Because they are not JUST ONE !

This tour has not enough time for you to climb to the hill top , but some climbs up is interesting to try !

Stop At: Namtok Ron (Hot Spring Waterfall ) - Khlong Thom, Ban Bang Khram, Khlong Thom 81120 Thailand

Therapeutic and soothing, the Krabi Hot Springs are ‘hot tubs’ crafted into smooth rock channelling water from deep rooted thermal springs located in volcanic chambers. The waters average 35-40 degree Celsius and are brimming with natural mineral salts which are claimed to cure all manner of health complaints including rheumatism and sciatica. The sensation is utterly relaxing and the environment is certainly unique, imagine sitting in a bath tub hollowed out from nature’s stone and surrounded by rainforest. These jungle baths feed into a cool stream which is perfect for dipping and diving into. Located about 70 kilometres from Krabi town, the hot springs are in the heart of a small jungle preserve and close to the Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve.

Tips : There are some little creatures underwater , remember to explore by yourself !

Krabi Emerald Pool (Sa Morakot) is a unique attraction in southern Thailand. Krabi is well-known for areas of outstanding natural beauty and one place that should make your must-see list is the Emerald Pool in the Thung Teao Forest Natural Park, an unusual lowland forest rich in bio-diversity, complete with a nature trail and a crystal pond. Located in the Khao Pra-Bang Kram area, the nature trek is a superb place to spot rare animals and plant species including the Pitta Gurney bird which was once considered extinct. The forest is lush with age-old trees stretching up to the sky, unusual forest creatures and limestone foothills that open onto a dazzling emerald pool. There is a park office close by at Ban Bang Teao which offers some information although their primary goal is to ensure that the no-hunting zone is enforced and that no harm comes to this naturally beautiful sanctuary.
