This experience will help offer you a chance to enjoy Thai boxing class with experts in sport science. Known as the ‘art of eight limbs’ the ancient martial art of Muay Thai incorporates punches, kicks, knees and elbows.

Our trainers have strong background in Thai boxing and won numerous golden belt rewards. The gym location is clean, safe, and well modernly equipped. You will get free boxing short, hand wraps, boxing gloves, jump rope, and enjoy our sport facilities.

In the end, you will be rewarded a muay thai certificate to acknowledge all real fighting techniques you have learnt--to defend yourself either in the ring or on the street. From punching to kicking and activating every cell in the body, you learn not only the perfect skills for fitness and self-defense, but also every fat that burns under sweat, and the window that understands traditional Thai culture.

Morning Time
Pick up time: 09:00
After receiving you, we will arrive at the Xmax Thai Boxing Club Stadium.
Thai boxing master will teach you to learn Muay Thai for a total of 2 hours.
After learning at about 12:00, drive back to the hotel.
The course is divided into three parts.
First warm up and let the coach know your physical condition
Second, learn basic Thai boxing exercises and practice repeatedly
Finally, the coach will teach you some complicated Thai boxing actions according to the situation.
