Waterfall Trekking at Knuckles Mountain

Experience a side of Sri Lanka's other tourists rarely see in this waterfall-trekking tour of Knuckles Mountain Range. The UNESCO World Heritage Site has one of the most adventurous trekking paths in the country—about 6 miles (10 kilometers) both ways. A nature guide who knows the area intimately leads you to a hidden waterfall for a swim, after a filling picnic lunch—the perfect ending to an action-packed day.

Visit: Kingfisher Tours Srilanka, 12B Muhandhiram Rd Kollupitiya Opposite United Stated Embassy, Colombo 00300 Sri Lanka

5.00 A.M - You will be picked up by our Professional Guide and transferred by a Tuk Tuk to Knuckles Mountain range trailhead.

6.30 A.M - On arrival, a brief description of the route and the hike will be provided by your very own Nature Guide who knows the area intimately. The Forest Range supports a rich biological diversity with 128 species of birds, 20 species of amphibians, 53 species of reptiles, 15 fresh water species and 31 mammal species.
