In our ultimate cycling day tour, we will ride out into the Jalon Valley, a mecca for cyclists and the gateway to the region’s mountainous backcountry. Meeting up at 9.30am at your hotel or villa, we will have our rider briefing and roll out towards the picturesque town of Jalon, nestled in the center of this fantastic valley surrounded by vineyards on all sides. Enjoying a coffee and snack stop at the Velosol café, we will soak up the atmosphere of this authentic cycling café followed by a stop by Bodegas Xaló for an introduction to local winemaking before meandering our way further into the valley before we head up the Coll de Rates the regions most famous category 2 climb for lunch at cafe Coll de Rates. We will then loop back and drop you off at your accommodation.
