To understand our wine culture is must to visit Gran Canaria wine region, where families have been maintaining their ancestor traditions since the 16th century in volcanic ashes land. It's a wonderful experience to walk on the volcano's sides through the vineyards as the land creaks under your feet. The province has become one of the mayor wine industries of the island under the protected designation of origin since 2006. Nowadays it is one of the most important wine ethnographic heritages of the island.
Every week we visit a different winery and producer. Each winery we are walking in has been carefully selected by the quality of their grapes, old wine press, stunning vineyards and of course unique wines.
