Taste THE Authentic Spanish Tortilla

Let's breakfast as locals! We will visit 3 of the best places to eat an authentic tortilla in Madrid. Each place will offer us a different perspective of the same dish, in the end you will conclude which is your favorite!
Our first stop will take us to a place from 1970, almost for fifty years, they’ve kept their own recipe. You’ll find a traditional Madrid bar atmosphere, people talking loud, free and easy.
We will continue our tortilla discovery in the most recommended and famous place in Madrid, an old-timer well preserved XIX century spot, owned by the same family from the beginning, back in 1892. They offer craft vermouth also, so we already know how to pair their high-quality traditional dishes.
Last tortilla place will be a tortilla reinterpretation, a modern approach to this famous dish.
