Sample Menu

• Ceviche Hands-On - Peruvian ceviche, we will mix fresh fish with a variety of other ingredients to make this plate both unique and unforgettable.It's 100% participatory.
• Lomo Saltado Cooking Experience - All participants will prepare their own Lomo Saltado by sauteing their meal in the wok.It's 100% participatory.
• Pisco O’Clock - We will enjoy Peru’s emblematic liquor while learning about its history. We will then prepare Pisco Sour. This activity is 100% participatory.
• The Exotics - Due to Peru’s tropical location we have many different,exotic fruits.Here we will sample sweet,acidic,and sweet/sour flavors of fruits of the season.
