During the approximately 30 minutes of transfer, our representative will present you an interesting introduction of our city, offering you a complete picture about, climate, population, economy, gastronomy and many other topics that will help you take better advantage of your stay in our country.

It is possible that during the transfer from the airport to your destination hotel, our representative wakes up your interest to book some of our incredible tours available, you can contact us or simply, ask your driver to manage the reservations of your choice.

We believes and promotes the honesty and loyalty of our staff with excellent fees and incentives. Please, do not tempt our employees by offering them direct jobs with you. On the contrary, ask your driver to contact us to book the tour of your choice.

At the end of your service, feel free to give your driver the tip you deems appropriate. IT IS NOT AN OBLIGATION.

We recommend when you leave the customs area, take your left, and look for YOUR NAME (as in your Ticket) printed on a sign. That's the area where there is always less crowded.

Although we know that there may be delays, advances, cancellations, etc. It will always be very important to keep us informed about any change in your flight, especially if your flight is canceled.

Please keep in mind that this is a group transfer service and the transfer schedules will be fulfilled with up to 30 minutes of waiting. No passenger will be accepted after 30 minutes of the reserved departure time. Transportation will not turn back to the airport.

Once you report your arrival to our representative, the transfer may take up to 30 minutes to leave from the airport.

If you have problems such as delays or cancellations on your flights, you must report it to our offices to reassign your service in the next available time.
