This day trip is perfect for those with a limited time schedule. The Chisopani trek takes you from the valley floor to a maximum altitude of 2,420m through subtropical forests and ethnic Tamang villages.

Chisopani is famous for its unobstructed sunset and sunrise views over the Himalayas and rich local flora and fauna.

Stop At: Sundarijal Water Falls, Kathmandu Nepal

Leaving Thamel (tourist area of Kathmandu) we drive by private car (45 mins) / local bus to the town of Sundarijal. From here we have a 3-hour climb through beautiful subtropical forests and Tamang villages until reaching Mulkharka.

After lunch, we climb down through terraced fields and local villages before taking the car/bus back to Kathmandu city.
