Pick Up from any Kuala Lumpur Hotel and transfer to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA 1 or KLIA 2). We will define the transport type to be arrange according to the sizes of the headcount,  luggages amount and destination from

Guest to provide Flight Number and related details such as Name, headcount, luggages sizes and pick up point upon booking. Our crews will assign suitable transportation and driver for the pick up and transfer.Guests should update their flight details so we can assign our driver efficiently.We will update our Guests with the details of the transportation such as Name of the Driver, Contact Number, Car Model and Car Number. Guests should be prepared at least 3 hours before the event. All check out process must be done before the driver arrives at the Hotel. Guests must be available at the Hotel Lobby at least 5 minutes before the driver will pick them up accordingly.

Please do not hesitate to ask for driver help to load your luggages into the car. Show the driver your flight time and he will drive safely to the destination. Let us know if the driver driving recklessly so that we can alert him and take necessary actions. Your safety is our responsibility.
