Learn how to make beautiful sushi art rolls so you can impress your audience doing them back home!
Have a hands-on cooking experience and discover the benefits of the ingredients Japanese use to stay healthy.In a cooking studio used by pros, one of our fluently English speaking "sensei" will guide you to cook a full Japanese course menu. -MSG)

Menu:
-Sushi art rolls
-"Koji" marinated pork & mushrooms grilled over magnolia leaf with "Hohba-miso"
-Green vegetable "Ohitashi"
-Miso soup
-Matcha ice cream
-Delicious regional Japanese sake (if you wish to)

Our kitchen in Shinjuku area is a 6mn walk on from a true oasis of peace in Tokyo: Shinjuku Gyoen Garden.Needless to say that the cherry blossom season (March / April) is one of the best time to come, but the abundant changing flora is worth looking all-year-round.

As we need to prepare the right amount of food, the application closes 24 hours before the class starts.

We pick you up at Shinjuku-gyoen-mae station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi line) exit 2, outside after walking up the stairs.The cooking studio is at a 6 minutes walk from the cooking studio.

Arriving at the place, we will discover Japanese cookings ingredients and start to cook all together.After making a few sides dishes, you will try to do your best sushi art roll.

After displaying the food, we will all eat together.

The activity is over after the meal,
* We suggest you to visit the nearby Shinjuku Gyoen Garden, and its flowers, especially during the cherry blossom season.

• Sushi Art Roll
•  "Koji" marinated pork & mushrooms grilled over magnolia leaf with "Hohba-miso" - Seasonal menu for Autumn which is grilled on traditional clay charcoal stove "Shichirin".
• Green vegetable "Ohitashi" - Green vegetables and fried Tofu soaked in Japanese "dashi" stock.
• Matcha Ice Cream - Learn the secret to make a simple but delicious matcha ice cream!
